Room Eighteen

Room Eighteen is located in The Douglas’s Annex, just next door to the main house. Set above Lester’s, it carries a slightly different rhythm. Close, but distinctly its own. With no shared spaces in the building, the experience leans quieter, more private.

Room Eighteen spans the full second floor and is arranged with intention. Two separate bedroom suites sit on either side of a central living space, each with its own entrance. The layout allows everyone to come and go independently while still sharing a common room at the center.

It is well-suited for friends traveling together or two couples who want to stay under one roof without giving up personal space. The living room becomes the natural meeting point, whether for morning coffee, a late return, or a quiet evening in. The integrated wet bar is positioned for that rhythm, easy and unobtrusive.

Set higher in the building, the suite carries more light. Neutral walls, tailored drapery, and deeper cabinetry tones give the space contrast and balance, keeping it residential rather than formal.

Each bedroom includes its own private bath with a walk-in shower and generous vanity, designed with comfort in mind.
