Room Twenty

Room Twenty is located in The Douglas’s Annex, just next door to the main house. Set above Lester’s, it carries a slightly different rhythm. Close, but distinctly its own. With no shared spaces in the building, the experience leans quieter, more private.

Room Twenty mirrors the thoughtful layout of Room Eighteen, spanning the entire third floor with two bedroom suites positioned on either side of a central living room. Each bedroom has its own entrance, allowing everyone their own arrival and retreat.

What changes here is the vantage point. Positioned higher in the building, the suite carries even more natural light and a subtle sense of remove from the rhythm below. The living room feels open and composed, a natural place to gather for coffee, conversation, or an evening in, with the wet bar integrated seamlessly into the space.

The design remains residential and balanced. Neutral walls, tailored drapery, and layered seating keep the atmosphere warm rather than formal.

Each bedroom includes its own private bath with a walk-in shower and generous vanity, designed for ease and comfort without excess.

Room Twenty is well-suited for friends traveling together or two couples who want to stay connected while keeping their own space. It offers the privacy of an entire floor, now with a little more height and a little more light.
